Following the change, Mr. Geng Yushun remains the majority shareholder and actual controller with a stable 66.75% stake, while Mr. Geng Peng holds 33.25%. This arrangement — "unchanged ownership, with management handed over" — has achieved a smooth transition of the enterprise.
